Custom applications for handling deliveries and documents

I build tools that simplify everyday work with electronic correspondence, public portals and documents. Two applications are already available: eDo Manager for handling e-Delivery (eDoręczenia) mailboxes and Aktomat for turning photos and scans of documents into lightweight PDF files.

The applications grow out of a practical need to reduce clicks, the risk of oversights and the manual transfer of information between systems. I apply the same way of thinking when serving business clients: process, control, reporting and predictability.

Everything in one view

Where a portal requires many steps and repetitive actions, the app brings the key operations together in one place.

Control and an audit trail

Good organization of correspondence and documents reduces the risk of oversights, especially with many cases or mailboxes.

Tools from practice

These are not apps written in isolation from daily work. They arise from real problems that appear when handling deliveries, documents and cases.

About the author

The applications are created by Marcin Kuczyński, an attorney-at-law (adwokat) running a law firm serving business clients, including entities from the financial and real-estate sectors. The software published on kuczynski.biz is a separate technology project, but it stems from experience working with larger volumes of cases, documents and deliveries.
